1. Jalatarangini Water Fall (35 km)

Water cascades down at the Jalatarangini Waterfalls, which are encircled by a forest and rocks. There are multiple tiers to this waterfall. This tiny waterfall, which comes to life during the monsoon, is a wildlife lover’s dream come true. Since the water is so pure, one can swim beneath the falls.

First, from the point of entry, it is a 150 m walk to the falls, which takes 30 minutes.

2. Amruthadhara Falls (44 km)

In the midst of a forest and cliff-face rocks, Amruthadhara is created over a seasonal stream. This tiny waterfall, which comes to life even during monsoon, is a wildlife lover’s dream come true.

The waterfall is divided into two halves. Although it is uncomfortable to take a bath here, one can slide. 

One must descend a kilometer-long, steep pathway to reach the waterfalls from the entrance. It should take an hour to visit the waterfall.

13 kilometers from Maredumilli Bus Stand lies Manyam Viewpoint, a particular angle just on Rajahmundry-Bhadrachalam Expressway adjacent to Maredumilli in Andhra Pradesh’s East Godavari district.

The project’s objectives are to provide irrigation facilities for an area of 11,526 hectares of tribal ayacut as well as basic sanitation to 32 communities in the Rampachodavaram and also Gangavaram Mandals of the East Godavari region.

  • It is advised that travelers visit the Rampa Waterfalls all day long. It is challenging to approach them. It takes a little walk through the forest to get to where the falls are. 
  • The waves run swiftly and roughly during the monsoon season, and the pebbles become incredibly slippery. Even in the wet season, it is advised that visitors use extra caution when touring the Waterfalls.
  • It is advised to bring extra clothing if you plan to enter the water pool closer to the falls. 
  • Food is not offered in this area. Remember to pack some food from the city or town where your journey starts. At the close Maredumilli crossroads, there are a few Dhabas.
